Travelogue by A-finity Textile Collective
Artistic Collaboration with Anna Alanko and Aoi Yoshizawa.
The project started with a research trip to Japan to visit Japanese textile artisans and manufacturers in Tokyo, Kyoto, Tango, Kiryu and Arimatsu.
Based on the excursion we made A-finity- Travelogue I, a book of illustrations and collages, and a series of textile artworks and a pattern installation. The project was exhibited at Third Space Gallery in Helsinki, Finland.
